By registering on the platform, you get to the dashboard, a well summarized one-page control panel, where you get a first glimpse of the usual actions, management statistics and geolocation of the devices, everything you need to facilitate the management of the platform.

The evolution of a platform like nsign.tv moves between two fundamental aspects: product and continuous service, hence the need to monitor and provide those data that report on the productivity of a user's account, always thinking in terms of quality and continuous improvement as a must in the process of satisfaction and customer service.

By registering on the platform, you get to the dashboard, a well summarized one-page control panel, where you get a first glimpse of the usual actions, management statistics, and geolocation of the devices, everything you need to facilitate the management of the platform.

What does the nsign.tv dashboard contains?

The 4 basic management steps

The first block of the dashboard shows the 4 most important steps to managing content on the platform:
1) Contents, the section to upload, search, and hierarchize all the resources stored on the platform.
2) Playlist, the tool to organize contents and create customized layouts that enhance the productivity of a screen.
3) Grids, the weekly calendar where the playlists of each communication channel are programmed.
4) Devices, the space where the operation of the players or screens is visualized and monitored.

Hyperlinks are shortcuts to the most frequent actions.

The next block is the Hyperlinks, direct access to some of the most used tools by the different user profiles of nsign.tv, on the one hand, for the marketing ones we highlight: the Synchro, to configure mega banners or video walls; the Widgets for the inclusion of web functionalities such as weather, social networks and QR codes, as well as the direct access to Clients for the management of accounts and subaccounts; and to the Users for the administration of permissions and roles of each person, according to the use they give to the platform.

On the other hand, there are Hyperlinks for more technical profiles such as Connectivity to monitor the internet connection of the devices; BI and IoT for those who have activated the service to consult the Business Intelligence dashboards or others related to the hardware devices connected to their account; and Actions, a link for resellers to carry out massive support activities for their devices.

The status of services

The third block is the Server Status, which serves to notify aspects such as the communication of the platform with the devices, the logging service, the update of the players' file, and those related to the content that are related to its visualization, status, rotation, and transformation of videos with the appropriate parameters.

Graphics of the status, the location of the players and the last content management.

The fourth block is graphs that show the players connected, not connected, and to be connected, as well as a map with the geolocation of the different devices.

Finally, the fifth block shows the space consumed by the type of content (videos, images, HTML, audio), the space available, the content used (active, inactive, and expired), the total number of contents, and the latest management carried out in the Content, Playlist and Grids section.

Relevant KPIs for decision making

Definitely a very complete dashboard with relevant service KPIs that allow tracking and analysis of a client's digital signage ecosystem, improving the possibility of anticipating any problem, even before it is detected on the screens of physical space.

The big challenge? To make the dashboard a customizable resource according to the role of each user and to make known its potential as consultation and support material for any nsigner.
