In this case, the integration of intelligent content through Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in its restaurant spaces has been valued, content that adapts to the audience in front of it and that allows, on the one hand, to offer customers a much more personalized and segmented communication, not only adapted to the time of day but also to the age group or gender of the visitors. On the other hand, when obtaining data on customer flows and conversions, it is studied with much more precision which messages help attract more visitors or which campaigns help increase the average ticket, or the sales of one or another specific product.
