Xavier Barriga grew up surrounded by flour and sourdough starter in his family’s bakery. He inherited the family passion and fell in love with artisan baker's art. Once he finished his training, he spent several years working as a consultant for bakery companies.
This is how in 2008, Turris, a bakery that wanted to recover yesteryear's bread and put in value the way that Xavier understand it. The feedback obtained was and is still very positive, being reflected with 19 shops open in Barcelona and its surrounding area.
The logistical difficulties generated by working with printed signage were determining when the company started its digital leap.
Digital signage was the key not only to simplify the placement process also in reducing transaction costs. As a result, communication in the bakeries was dynamic and improved, issuing different high-resolution messages simultaneously.
Turris has been relying on Netipbox for three years, being the last installation about six months ago.
